Treatment for a Scorpion Sting and a Supplication for Protection from Poisonous Creatures
A Hadith mentioned in Musnad Imam A'zam states that Hazrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
Whoever recites these words three times in the morning:
"اعوذبکلمات الله التامّة"
(In English words) 👉 "A'udhu bi Kalimatillahit-Tammati"
Translation:
"I seek protection in the Perfect Words of Allah"
will not be harmed by a scorpion until the evening. Likewise, whoever recites these words in the evening will not be harmed by a scorpion until the morning.
(Musnad Imam A'zam, Bab Ma Ja'a fi al-Ta'awwudh Billah Ta'ala)

In a narration of Abu Dawood, the following words are mentioned:
"اعوذبکلمات الله التامّة من شر ما خلق"
(In English words) 👉 "A'udhu bi Kalimatillahit-Tammati Min Sharri Ma Khalaq"
Translation:
"I seek refuge in the Perfect Words of Allah from the evil of what He has created".
Spiritual Remedy for a Scorpion Sting:
A narration recorded in Shu'ab al-Iman and Al-Bayhaqi states that Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) said:
Once, a scorpion stung the beloved Prophet, the Leader of all Prophets (peace and blessings be upon him), while he was offering prayer. After completing the prayer,
the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"May Allah curse the scorpion. It does not spare a person who is praying or one who is not praying. It does not spare a Prophet or a non-Prophet, but stings them."
Then the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) picked up his blessed shoe and killed the scorpion. After that, he asked for water and salt. He mixed them together and poured the mixture over the wound. Then he recited Surah Al-Ikhlas, Surah Al-Falaq, and Surah An-Nas and blew over it.
From this narration, it is understood that when a person is stung by a scorpion, he should immediately place the affected part of the body in salt water or pour salt water over the affected area little by little. He should also recite Surah Al-Ikhlas, Surah Al-Falaq, and Surah An-Nas, together with Durood Sharif before and after, and blow over the affected area.
In sha Allah, relief will come very soon, because this is the remedy taught by our beloved Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him).
