Durood Tanjeena for the Fulfillment of Needs:
Durood Tanjeena is very famous, but
the general public is unaware of its blessings and benefits. Only those who
practice spiritual recitations are familiar with its blessings. The method of
reciting it for the fulfillment of a need (in times of great need or
difficulty) has also been passed down from person to person. It is likely that
this method was developed from the meaning of a Hadith.

Durood Tanjeena is useful in every
difficulty. The method of reciting it is that it should be recited every day at
the time of Isha while standing, and two Nafl prayers should be offered for the
fulfillment of one's needs.
If the need is religious, one should
face the Qiblah. If the need is worldly, such as gaining wealth, paying off a
debt, getting a job, or getting a promotion, one should stand facing south.
If the purpose is to overcome an
enemy, to be acquitted from a legal case, or to attract someone who is upset
with you and make that person deeply attached to you, then one should stand
facing north.
On the first day, recite it 10
times, on the second day 20 times, and on the third day 30 times. In this way,
continue increasing the number by 10 every day until the need is fulfilled. One
should not even allow thoughts of disappointment or failure to enter the mind.
Rather, one should imagine oneself bathing in the rain of the blessings and
benefits of Durood Sharif.
This
is Durood Tanjeena:
اللَّهُمَّ
صَلِّ وَسَلَّمُ عَلَى سَيِّدِنَا مُحَمَّدٍ صَلوَةً تُنَجِّينَا بِھَا مِن٘
جَمِی٘عِ الْأَهْوَالِ وَال٘آفَاتِ وَتَقْضِي لَنَا بِهَا جَمِيعَ الْحَاجَاتِ
وَتُطَهِّرُنَا بِهَا جَمِی٘عَ ال٘حَاجَاتِ وَ تُطَھِّرُنَا بِهَا جَمِيعِ
السَّيِّئَاتِ وَتَرْفَعُنَا بِهَا عِنْدَكَ أَعْلَى الدَّرَجَاتِ وَ تُبَلِّغُنَا
بِهَا أَقْصَى ال٘غَایَاتِ مِن٘ جَمِی٘عِ ال٘خَی٘رَاتِ فِی ال٘حَیَاتِ وَبَع٘دَ
ال٘مَمَاتِ اِنَّکَ عَلٰی کُلِّ شَی٘ ءٍ قَدِی٘رٌ.
Translation:
"O Allah,
send blessings and peace upon our master Muhammad ﷺ, such
blessings through which You save us from all fears and calamities, fulfill all
our needs, purify us from all sins, raise us to the highest ranks in Your
presence, and help us reach the highest goals of all goodness in this life and
after death. Indeed, You have power over everything".
The
Virtues and Blessings of Durood Tanjeena:
A pious elder said that one should
keep three fasts during the Ayyam-e-Beed (the bright days) and, at night after
the Isha prayer, offer two Nafl prayers. Then sit respectfully with hands
folded and, with great humility and devotion, recite it 1,000 times while
immersing oneself in the love of the Leader of the Worlds.
Even if the need is fulfilled on the
very first day, one should still continue for three days and keep the fast
every day.
After the need has been fulfilled,
it should be recited with the intention of giving thanks for the blessing, and
its reward should be gifted to the pure soul of the Leader of the Worlds, Prophet
Muhammad ﷺ.
If one continues to recite it 1,000
times after every prayer, then every religious and worldly need of that person
will be fulfilled through the grace of the Leader of Both Worlds, Prophet
Muhammad ﷺ.
