How to stop your transfer:

Instructions and best practices (Wazifa) for stopping transfer:

It is a fact that when an employee is ordered to transfer from one place to another during his service, this moment is very difficult for that employee. Sometimes the transfer is stopped on his refusal and sometimes no recourse is available and he has to go through this hardship.

No Transfer

Here, a spiritual practice (Wazifa) will be described to stop the exchange. If a person is in such a problem and no remedy or intercession works, then that person should recite this Wazifa from the presence of the heart and with sincere belief.

Insha Allah, it is hoped that better means may be provided for this person and his problem of exchange may also be solved.

Special praise and supplication (Wazifa):

Those women and men who are worried about their transfer and want to stop their transfer but no means are available, then such men should recite the following Asma-ul-Husna without delay for 21 days after Fajr prayer, God willing, the transfer will stop.

یَا قَادِرُ، یَا مُق٘تَدِرُ، یَا عَزِی٘زُ، یَا عَلِیمُ، یَا عَلِیُّ، یَا عَظِی٘مُ

The meanings of the beautiful names of Allah are listed in the Wazifa:

( یَا قَادِرُ) To be authoritative, domineering, and powerful.

(یَا مُق٘تَدِرُ) Possessor of power.

(یَا عَزِی٘زُ) Dominant.

(یَا عَلِیمُ) Very knowledgeable.

(یَا عَلِیُّ) Very high.

(یَا عَظِی٘مُ) Very majestic and great. 

Problems encountered in transfer: 

Many problems arise during job transfer, some of the important ones are: 

1 - Housing issue: 

Good housing is very important for any employee and having your own personal housing is no less than a blessing, and mental, emotional and physical comfort is very important for any employee and this is rarely available in any other place other than your own residence. Therefore, if you have to transfer to another place, then the first thing that comes to mind is housing.

2 – Travel and distance:

It is also a stressful phase if the job is far from home. If you have to travel more than usual every day, the effects are also not good. 

For example: 

Physical and mental fatigue.

• Waste of time.
• Financial pressure (travel expenses: rent, petrol, or car repairs, etc.) 
• Health problems.
• Expecting unexpected situations (traffic jams, weather conditions, etc.)

3 - Family Problems:

 A change of spouse can lead to many family problems. 

For example:

• Becoming distant from spouse, children, and parents. And separation can cause mental stress and emotional weakness.
• Disruption in children’s education and training. 
• Decreased care for parents or family elders. 
• Affected marital relations.

4 - Social and community environment:

Similarly, many social and community problems are faced during the exchange. 

For example: 

• Difficulties in adapting to the new environment (language, culture, traditions) 
• Lack of social relationships (friends, neighborhood, distance from relatives, etc.)

Finally, I pray that Allah Almighty grants everyone a dignified, lawful livelihood and a dignified means of livelihood. If anyone is facing transfer problems, he should perform the above-mentioned duty (Wazifa).

Note:

Read this Wazifa for twenty-one days. If it does not work during this time, then continue this Wazifa until the transfer stops.
